With nearly 30 years of experience in luxury resort sales, Tamra is passionate about building meaningful relationships and driving revenue through the travel advisor community. In her free time, she enjoys scouting new restaurants with her husband, Dan, and adult children, Max & Gabrielle, walking her pups (rescued by Janet), reading, listening to Mel Robbins podcasts, and traveling.

Janet's hospitality career started in Aspen with The Snowmass Lodge & Club and The Little Nell, sparking her passion for the industry. After two decades at Meadowood Napa Valley, which ended due to wildfires, she worked with Ocean House and The Preserve Sporting Club. Specializing in building trust and earning referrals, Janet now focuses on offering personalized attention to her clients. Outside of work, she is dedicated to animal rescue, helping care for and rehome animals in need.

Kealy brings nearly two decades of experience in the corporate meetings and events industry, where she has managed everything from exclusive C-suite dinners to large, high-impact conferences across the country. Her collaborative spirit, strong vendor relationships, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted partner in creating memorable, results-driven experiences. When she’s not working, Kealy enjoys time with her husband and two young children, baking healthy treats, and checking new places off her travel list each year.

With decades of experience in hotel group sales, Lynn is here to help Executive Assistants and those planning meetings find the perfect venues for their events while skillfully negotiating hotel contracts to save time, money, and stress. She has represented world-class properties including the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, Auberge Resorts in Cabo and Napa Valley and the historic El Encanto.
Additionally, Lynn is open to working with hotels on a contract basis to promote group business, either to bridge a staffing gap or to have another layer of group revenue in the marketplace.
Based in LA, Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and cockapoo Taco. A great believer in personal development and self-care.

A luxury hotel and venue enthusiast, Karin loves pairing unique spaces with culinary and cultural elements to elevate every event. Originally from Northern California and now based in Arizona, she often returns to the Bay Area to connect with loved ones and scout new client experiences.
Passionate about food, travel, and hospitality, Karin is always on the hunt for standout dining, from Michelin-starred restaurants to hidden gems. You’ll find her at live culinary/music events, cheering on the Niners, or hanging with her boxer, Theo.

Gabrielle is entering the luxury hospitality industry with a strong passion for social media, marketing, and photography. With a background in restaurant hospitality, she brings a powerful presence both in and out of the workplace. Gabrielle is passionate about analyzing analytics, creating engaging campaigns, and capturing moments through event photography. Outside of work, she enjoy's spending time with her dogs and horses, watching baseball, and hanging out with friends.

With more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Lori has had the privilege of working with numerous influential guests and groups. She thrives on seeing events come to life and loves hearing the success stories from clients. Whether it's a breathtaking wedding, an exclusive corporate retreat, or a luxurious event, Lori is committed to finding the ideal venue for every occasion. As a Project Manager, she works closely with Janet to ensure every client’s vision is realized to perfection.

Brandon is diving into the luxury hospitality field, with experience in restaurants, catering, and events. Brandon excels in client care and delivering memorable experiences. While studying at California State-Fullerton, he’s focused on launching his career in either sales or marketing.
